Break up with the traditional workweek

As an early-stage founder, giving up the idea of your workweek being from Monday to Friday may be a decision with one of the most consequential downstream implications.

Instead, you open up all seven days to the possibility of working - or resting (or playing).

In other words, your work is no longer timeboxed from Mondays to Fridays, and your rest and recharge periods are no longer limited to Saturdays and Sundays.

Rather, you work when you need (or want) to work, and you take time off when you need (or want).

This way, you escape putting artificial constraints on when and when not you are productive or resting.

Give it a try this weekend.
